Even though all our classes are beginner-friendly the basic principles we use are used by some of the most elite military units as well as professional fighters from around the world when they need to get in prime shape in a short period BUT you do the class according to your own level. If there is something too challenging or you have a pre-existing nagging injury, we always show you an easier alternative, so you get results, not excuses.
